Breaking Ground With The Alphabet

Breaking News this morning, Izabel sang the ABC song for the first time ever (26 Months and 8 Days)! She started out singing Twinkle Twinkle to Emily and when I shut the camera off she said she wanted to sing ABC's. I said okay, hit play and then cried the whole time. We have been hitting the Alphabet hard the last couple of weeks but I had no idea she would pick up on them so fast. Every morning she's been watching Alphabet videos on YouTube. The videos are usually only about a minute long and it's different ways to sing the alphabet. She hasn't quite figured out what to sing at the end of the song, but I think her way is too cute! In other news, Emily is trying desperately to roll from back to tummy. She worked on it all weekend. I know she can do it because she rolls over in the middle of the night. I have been trying to video her in action, but to no avail. We will continue to encourage her and hope she's rolling very soon.
