Littles and Tigers and Polar Bears, OH MY! | A Visit To The Zoo

Last week, Izabel had a couple of days worth of Spring Break. It has been unseasonably warm here in the midwest, so I decided to take advantage of both, the Spring Break and the warm weather.

A special adventure was in the works.

Off to the Zoo we went!

Alexander was just an itty bitty baby when he went his first time. This time around, he was in awe. He loved seeing the animals and pronouncing their names. I think he liked the Meerkats the best. :)



Izzy and Emmy were super excited to go! They had a list of everything they wanted to see, and the tigers were at the top. We found the tiger, but he was sleeping and in the most remote part of his enclosure. It was difficult to get a good gander at him. They also enjoyed the elephants and I believe their favorite part was the Polar Bear. :)






We saw Hippos and Lemurs, both adorable. :)


And a family of Baboons that were so fun to watch! We came in on their exhibit during a very playful time. The Littles really did enjoy watching them for quite awhile. :)

And finally, the monkeys! Who doesn't love monkeys!


It was a very fun day and The Littles were on their best behavior. :)
