Izabel had her hair cut this evening. A big girl hair cut. Bangs and two inches off the back. *sigh*
This is the most she's ever had cut off in the 3 years and 7 months of her life.
I was nervous and butterflies swam in my stomach as the scissors cut away the strands. I survived though and we really like her new style. Izzy likes it too, thankfully. On the way to the salon, she said she didn't want her hair cut because she wouldn't be pretty anymore.
I beg to differ. Not even two inches and bangs could ever make her less of a beautiful princess.

Not pretty anymore?!
That kid gets prettier every time I see her!
sjelapr: I'm pretty sure this is Swedish for "You have the prettiest 3 year and 7 month old daughter on planet Earth."
She's so cute!
and you know what? I've never had my daughter's hair cut by a professional...I'm thinking I might do it this winter though.
:::sigh:::

If you want to wander down my road I’m home.
Oh I did that to my 5 year old daughter this summer - the ends were so ratty - like 4 inches off!
Your little one looks so happy with her new do!
She is beautiful!!! And that is a lot of hair. Melody is almost exactly a year younger and we have no where near that much!
the new haircut looks great on Izzy! She's a beautiful princess no matter what the hair style!
I'm glad she likes her haircut. Her smile is adorable. :)
They always look more grown up when they get a haircut. She is SO cute!
She is so cute with that new do! I also have to say that is one beautiful smile she has too!
She is too pretty!
We just did this about a week ago with my 3 year old, (Emma Lee, who's big sister is Izzy; I think I've mentioned that before though)
And it is so trumatic for mom! We tried twice before I actually let them cut her hair. And when we were done, Emma had to save all the clippings.
Too cute photo's, love to read about what's going on with your girls!
If you'd like to stop by my blog I'm at Cake Crumbs.
What a beautiful happy smile afterwards! Funny, I posted about my slightly longer haircut this week too...
Nothing like a big girl hair cut! She's all grown up now and will be using a curling iron or hair dryer before you know it! xoxoxo to my little gal pals!
been a while since the last time i checked your blog
and now look at her...she grows too fast >.<
but fortunately she grows and become prettier each days :)
