Christmas Morning, 2009

Christmas09-61Christmas09-1

Christmas morning went very well with the Princesses. They both were more than overjoyed by the presents! Yes, there were a lot, but thanks goes to our large and loving extended family. The girls both received some great gifts and more than I want to spell out. Lots of pink and barbies and babies. LOL! It took them a little over an hour to rip through the pretty paper.

Once everything was cleaned up and room was made, Daddy helped break open their favorites. This is a huge task in itself. I know you all know of those darn little plastic coated wire thingy's that tightly grip the toy to it's box! haha!

Christmas09-4

After a morning of playing, and watching more than a foot of snow fall Christmas morning, we headed over to the grandparents for another gift giving bash. Again, more beautiful gifts and lots of love.

Feel free to wonder over to FLICKR to view the rest of our Christmas morning!

Awww ... adorable Christmas photos! There's nothing quite like watching kids open their gifts is there. I had the joy of doing this with my brother's youngest son & family this year ... and it was very special.
Hugs and blessings,

Now that's a pile of packages! I'm so with you on the ridiculous overkill of packaging of toys - simply ridiculous - what a lot of paranoia!

Beautiful pics as usual.

Oh I hate trying to get the gift out of the package with all of those wire ties! It has to be right up there on my list of pet peeves! Gorgeous pictures of the gals, they look so cute! Be sure to stop by as I am having a give away of Pioneer Womans Cookbook! Love to you and my little gal pals! xoxox
