Thursday Thirteen - Favorites, Sans Kids

Capturing photos that do not involve my children are few and far in between. They are the best subjects anyone could ask for.

However, I've been trying to expand my horizons and capture more of my surroundings and nature's beauty. This week, I'm going to share with you Thirteen of my favorites from the last year, in no particular order.

*Some of these photos are watermarked with a logo/name I thought I was going to use. It's no longer, but I didn't want to track down the originals for this post.

Cactus Plant
Nature Walk.
Chevelle
Trains.
Caterpillar On Red
Cactus
Oak Creek Canyon
Texas Trees
Huge Dandelion
Kansas City Zoo-9
Blue Sky.
Sun Horizon
Summer's Ending

Oh my these are so incredible. I have the same problem, 95% of my photos are of my daughter. I really need to work on my nature photos. I especially love that big fat caterpillar!

OMG, love your photos and envy your talent! And I just want to cry at the majestic old Chevelle just sitting there. I hope the owner has restoration plans in mind.

Just visiting via T13!

LOVE these!! A few of them really blew me away! Great captures. And it's true, it's hard to take the camera off of our favorite subjects, but this was definitely worth it!!
