I'm not sure if you have a zoom lens or not, but either way, this is MUCH TOO CLOSE! I had an irrational fear of grasshoppers when I was a kid. I still avoid them like the plague that they are. If it was good enough for Moses, it's good enough for me.
By the way, I have a little award to pass on to you. Come on over and see what it's all about.

Ewww!!! I am such a chicken when it comes to bugs! Great shot though, hoping your camera has a really good zoom on it and that you didn't have to get that close to it... ha ha ha!
