Dancing At The Alley My camera did not want to cooperate at all this weekend. And No, I do not think it was the operator. It seems my camera has decided to only do it's job outside. Forget taking any decent photos in an indoor setting. It refuses to focus and the flash, well it works only when it feels like it.
I've been hunting for a new camera since before I bought this one. Researching the best and the worst. The time has come where I need some actual user input. What kind of camera do you use? What do you like and dislike about it? I need all the extra help and info I can get.

NIKON and I will NEVER go back. I started with the D50, moved to the D70s and am beginning the 300 soon. They're expensive, (and the SLR type-- don't know if you were hoping for a point and shoot), but the 50 was a fantastic camera and you could probably find a one for a screaming deal now that the 90 has just been released.
My son has a fujifilm finepix s700 and takes gorgeous photos with it.
Good luck!
I have heard of the "cheap" glasses site and wondered if they did a good job. Keep us posted!
I loved my Kodak EasyShare that I ruined in Hawaii when I slipped on the lava rocks into the water - if the rocks didn't wreck it, the salt water certainly did.
I replaced it with an update - Kodak EAsyShare M883. I like it a lot, but there are two things - I really miss the viewfinder (which you can't find on hardly any), and it is not quick enough to catch what I'm trying to capture. But it does take great pictures.
I think it looks cool.
I love your background, by the way. We have almost the same one, but mine doesn't have the circles on the top half. I like yours better!
We are kindred camera mourners right now:-(
I love that chocolate face:-)
