Raise The Roof: Mark II

Well well well, I'm very happy and proud to say that the roof is officially done! Yes indeed ladies and gents, barring the tree falling thru the house, we'll be leak free for some time to come. no more strategically placed pots and bowls to collect rain water, it'll now just roll of onto good ol' Mother Earth. It's hard to express just how Alisha and I feel about these improvements, so picture a movie with a feel-good ending, or your favorite happy poem or book, and you'll get an idea! okay, we all know the roof is done, but the extra way-cool part is...*drumroll*...they started the siding today! ahh, now I know how Hannibal Smith felt whenever a plan came together. I've posted some pictures of the roof and the single section of siding that's up, and we think it looks great so far, we're very pleased. Really, it's the bee's knees. It really makes a huge difference in the look of the house, and should make the house appear larger when it's all finished. I could go on, but I'll save you from my ranting and just ask that you, if you like, take a look at some of the pictures I took this afternoon. Enjoy, and remember, The Force be with you...always.
